PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS

The Netherlands AI Coalition (NL AIC) processes personal data that is required to provide our services to you. You provide this information to NL AIC to be able to enjoy our services. .

We process general information such as first and last name, address details, telephone number, e-mail address and information about your NL AIC related activities on our website and collaboration infrastructure. We do not process any additional information The data is not stored longer than is necessary to achieve and maintain the purposes for which your data is collected.

We process this data in order to handle payments, to send our newsletter, to be able to contact you if necessary to carry out our services, to invite you to events and if we are legally obliged to do so.

On the website you can indicate that you wish to receive our newsletter. If you do so, we will collect your data (first name, last name and e-mail address). You can withdraw your subscription at any time by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link in the last newsletter you received.

You can register for an event via our website (or in response to an invitation via e-mail). Depending on the type of event, we need a set of data to organize this event. We collect your name and e-mail address and other essential information stated on the registration form (or in the email) for participation in events. You can unsubscribe from an event notifications by emailing communicatie@nlaic.com.

Links to third-party websites on the website with manifestly unlawful material will be removed immediately after the NL AIC becomes aware of them.

The NL AIC will execute your request as soon as possible, within four weeks at the latest, and inform you accordingly. Deletion of data may result in NL AIC not being able to continue providing services to you leading to termination of the participation (following the terms of cancellation by the participant).

SECURITY

The NL AIC takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The NL AIC collaborates on the necessary common knowledge and expertise, resulting in five themes, also called building blocks. Those are important for a robust impact in economic and social sectors.

Sectors

AI is a generic technology that is ultimately applicable in all sectors. For the development of knowledge and experience in the use of AI in the Netherlands, it is essential to focus on specific industries that are relevant to our country. These industries can achieve excellent results, and knowledge and experience that can be leveraged for application in other sectors.

Become a participant

The Netherlands AI Coalition is convinced that active collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders is essential to stimulate and connect initiatives in Artificial Intelligence. Within fields of expertise and with other stakeholders in the ecosystem to achieve the most significant result possible in the development and application of AI in the Netherlands. Representatives from the business community (large, small, start-up), government, research and educational institutions and civil society organisations can participate.
